Who we are

TrueTapp Mobile Apps Ltda is an independent iOS studio based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. We build and publish apps for iPhone and iPad. For anything related to privacy, write to [email protected].

What this policy covers

This policy covers the truetapp.com website, including its English and Portuguese versions. It does not cover our apps: each app has its own privacy policy, which describes exactly what that app collects and how the data is used. You will find the policy for each app on its App Store page. If you are looking for the privacy policy of a specific TrueTapp app, start there.

Data we collect on this site

None, directly. truetapp.com is a static website. There are no accounts, no forms and no comment sections. We set no cookies, run no analytics scripts and show no advertising. There are no trackers of any kind, so there is nothing here for you to opt out of.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs, for security and content delivery. We do not access or combine this data to identify visitors. You can read how Cloudflare handles data in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Outbound links

Pages on this site link to the App Store. Once you follow one of those links, you are using an Apple service governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The same applies to any other external link we add over time.

Email

If you write to [email protected], we use your email address only to reply. We keep the conversation as support history, so we have context if you write again. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share your address with anyone.

Your rights

If you are in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. Similar laws may apply where you live. Since this site collects nothing, in practice these rights mostly concern support emails. To exercise them, contact us at [email protected].
